Was wondering if there are cystals/oils which would help with these problems?

Was wondeirng if anyone would list out some of the basic ones you use for the following issues. Any you want to add too would be great.

Out of sorts/scatter feelings
stressed
gloomy
stuck/having a hard time feeling energy
self doubt
being impatient

These are issues which bother me at times. Mainly not together. I'm not always sure if there are ways to help me feel better.

I don't have time now to do the investigation but I can recommend you read Louise Hay, You can heal your life.

There are also many websites that list the healing properties of minerals/stones that you may do a search on. Just do a search for "healing properties of minerals" and you'll get a lot of options for your search.

I know you were looking for something to help when you feel out of sorts look to nature, I used to go to a park walk around plus hugging the trees, trees put out a healing energy that always helped me especially Oak trees are the best i thought.

To stimulate your conscious mind it's suggested to use basil, bay, coffee, lavendar, rosemary, lilly of the valley, peppermint, saffron, sage, and thyme. I really like bay, basil, and lavender. To relieve depression it's suggested to use basil, clary sage, jasmine, lemon balm, and ylang ylang. I haven't tried the lemon balm yet but use the others. Happiness and joy....apple, basil, bergamot, orange, neroli, sweet pea, water lily. these are just some suggestions. I mix them up, make lotions, or just mix with a carrier oil to put on crystals I'm using or even wear so the scent stays with me. I've also found that my angelite has a very peaceful feeling. I think vanilla is very soothing also.

Hi Terra,

I am no one to be judging what anyone is about or what they are. I used to have the same things you have. I have come to know that everything you think comes back to you in another form and maybe even worse than when you thought it. We are what we think in it's purest form. When we think negative things we become negative. When we think of the positive things in our lives. Be thankful for everything you got. Even if you have no money. Just being alive, healthy, having food on the table. Keep a childs out look on life helps too. Fly a kite, play with kids, sing and dance in the rain, jump or play in the mud or mud puddle, stop and smell the flowers, make a snow man or a snow angel. Enjoy the simple things in life. Look at life as an amazing ride for which it is. Look at life as a learning experience for what it is too. Be amazed at what you learn too. But learning good things not bad things.

Ken I'm not that upset. I just get winter blahs and sometimes it gets to a point I start reaching out to feel better. This post was just me wondering if there were any other things I should be doing in the winter. Sorry if anyone thought I was really down. Now with spring on the way, I'm totally up and excited. I can't wait. So no need to worry or anything about me. Sorry if I got people to worry, didn't mean to.

Hi Terra,

I was not worried about you but maybe concerned a bit. I know what you mean about the winter blahs. I used to get them. But I make it a point to try and every year go to a tanner and soke up some fake sun. Lack of sunshine can cause the winter blues.

I am excited now because today I booked a flight to Phoeniz AZ. I will be spending 5 days and 4 nights in Sedona AZ. I want to check out the vortez's there and check out the entire area. I will be going to the glass bridge that over looks the Grand Canyon too. I might look for Gold and Meteorites and doing a night time tour there too. I am not leaving until April 20th and coming back on the 24th. If I like it there I might retire there too but just in the winter time. I love it in this state and all my family lives here too.
